1. Accuracy of Information: Potential customers (and customers) must provide SideHustleProfitSystem.com with accurate information when sending us a request for information through the feedback forms on this site and when purchasing the products or services sold on this site. You agree to provide us with your correct name, email address, phone number, and any other information requested when you fill any feedback form or order form anywhere on this site.

3A. Refund Policy For Ebooks And E-Courses: 

(i) We offer 7 days refund policy for ebooks and e-courses sold on this web site. This means that if you buy any ebook or e-course on this web site and you think the ebook or ecourse is not as described on the sales page, you can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase. When you request a refund, we may ask you for the reason for requesting the refund so we can identify (and address) any challenges our customers may experience using this platform.

(ii) We charge 10% handling fees on refunds. This means we will refund 90% of the amount you paid for any ebook or e-course you bought on this site if you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

3B. Refund Policy For Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. The services we offer include the following: book writing services, copywriting services, web site (and sales funnel) design services, ebook cover and graphics design services, video creation services, group coaching and one-on-one coaching services, Lagos Nigeria real estate consulting services and any other services that may be introduced in the future. We do not offer refunds for any services that we sell on this web site or any of our other web sites.

4. Copywriting Service:

(i) We do not offer refunds on copywriting services.

(ii) The completed sales copy will be delivered to you via email as an email attachment. And it will be delivered either as a Microsoft Word document or Notepad document. We prefer Microsoft Word document because it allows us to include basic formatting like "bold", "centre align" or "left align". However, if you prefer Notepad document, that is exactly what you will get.

(iii) Your sales copy will normally be ready in 7 to 10 working days, depending on the work load at the time of your order.

(iv) The sales copy we provide our clients is written content only.

(v) We offer a maximum of two edits without charge. Please ensure you provide us detailed information about your product or service to minimise the need for edit. Requests for outright re-write will attract a fee which will be determined on case by case basis at the point of any request for re-write.

(vi) Request for sales copy edit because of grammatical errors in the sales copy will not be honored. We do not write grammatically correct sales copy. We write sales copy that inspire leads to buy. And that is what matters.

(vii) Request for sales copy edit because of a missing "a" or "the" (or similar words) where you think they should have been used will not be honored. You can add those words to the sales copy yourself if you honestly believe they should be added for the affected sentences to make sense.

(viii) Edit Time Frame: We expect you to read the completed sales copy we sent to you and send us any request for edit within 7 days of receipt of the completed work.

(ix) Product Or Service Information Change: You can send us updated information about the product or service you want us to write a sales copy for. However, you will be billed extra (for repeat work) if we have already commenced work based on the initial product or service information you sent to us. Extra billing due to information change will be addressed on a case by case basis.

(x) Royalty: We do not charge royalty on our copywriting service.

(xi) Expected Conversion Rate: Sales page conversion rate vary from industry to industry. And it is affected by several factors, some of which are beyond the control of the copywriter. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the conversion rate your business will achieve from use of the sales copy we write for you.

 5. Server Uptime & Accessibility: We cannot guarantee that the server hosting this web site will be 100 percent up or accessible to you 100 percent of the time. You agree to re-visit this site again at a different time if for any reason the site is temporarily down or inaccessible to you. You agree that SideHustleProfitSystem.com, Samson Itoje and any of their agents will not be held liable for any losses or assumed losses (real or imagined) due to server down time, web site downtime or web site inaccessibility.

6. Affiliate Income Publication: We may, at our sole discretion, announce the names and earnings of top performing affiliates and use their success stories to promote our affiliate program. By participating in our affiliate program, you authorize us to use your performance information as we deem fit.

7. Warranty or Guarantee: We offer no warranty or guarantee for the information provided on this web site. This web site is provided 'as is'. Each visitor to this site will be accountable and responsible for any action or inaction taken by him or her based on the information provided on this site or the information in the ebooks and ecourses sold on this site.

8. Income Expectations: There is no guarantee that you will make any money when you participate in our affiliate program. We provide the education and tools members need to make money. Whether you make money or not depends 100% on you. 9. Content You Post In Our Facebook Group: Customers are invited to join our Facebook group where they can ask questions, increase their knowledge and help and be helped. You understand and agree that you are responsible for the accuracy and originality of any content you post in our Facebook group. Your content will be immediately deleted if it is found to be a violation of anyone's copyright, contains distasteful language or links to sites that promote pyramid schemes or other illegal activities. And you also risk being removed from the group.

10. Limitation of Liability: By using this web site you agree not to hold this site, Samson Itoje or any of their agents liable for any losses due to server down time, data losses, security issues, privacy issues, delays in service delivery or anything else that negatively impacts you or your business.

14. Spam Advertising: You must not promote this site (or our affiliate program) through any spam techniques or by sending unsolicited emails to people with whom you do not have a prior relationship. Your account will be terminated without notice and you will lose any unpaid earnings if you engage in spam advertising.

15. Independent Marketers / Affiliates: You understand that independent marketers (or affiliates) are independent contractors for this site. They are not employees or agents of this site. You agree that as an independent marketer (or affiliate) you will not speak on behalf of this site, place ads using the name of this site, or do anything that contravenes good business ethics or damages the reputation of this site or any of its agents. This site reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who violates the terms of this agreement.

16. Our Products And Services: We reserve the right to modify our products and services, delete any product or service, or adjust product and service pricing to match market dynamics. You agree that posting the changes on this site is sufficient notice.

17. Property Title Verification: It is the responsibility of property buyers to verify the title of the property they wish to buy. Since you're buying the property with your hard-earned money, it makes sense that you will do your due diligence before you buy. By using our real estate agency service, you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to carry out appropriate search / verification with the appropriate government authorities before buying any property anywhere in Nigeria.

18. Web Site And Landing Page Design: 

(i) We do not offer refunds for any payments made for web site and/or landing page design.

(ii) The web site and landing page builder we use for our clients is GroovePages. Click HERE to signup for a FREE GroovePages account and to learn more about the software.

(iii) The terms of service of GroovePages and its associated apps also applies to the web site / landing page we build for you on the Groove platform

(iv) Your Preferred Domain Name: Send us an email with three (3) variations of the domain name you wish to use for your website / landing page. And in the order of preference. We will register the one that is available after we receive your payment for the website / landing page design.

(v) Domain Name Change: You will pay the current price for a new domain name if you wish to change your domain name after we have registered the domain name you initially requested

(vi) Domain Name Renewal: Domain names are renewed yearly. You need to pay for renewal at least 30 days before expiry date

(vii) Image Creation / Graphics Design: We expect clients to provide any images they wish to use for the web site / landing page. The images may be modified to fit the landing page size requirements. Other images may be added to the landing page(s) by our design team as necessary.

(viii) The number of images per landing page is stated on the sales page. If you need more images, simply pay the low-cost fee for additional images and we will create additional images for the sales pages in question

(ix) Web Site Content Writing: The client will provide us written content for the web site / landing page and the content provided will be posted on the web site “as is”. Alternatively, the client may choose to pay for content writing and our design team will re-write the content in a manner that is most likely to improve performance

(x) We recommend that you consider using a legal practitioner to write the content of your terms and conditions page. Whatever content we write for your terms and conditions page (when you pay us to do so) is only for temporary use until you can afford the services of a lawyer / attorney. A lawyer / attorney will include the proper legal clauses that will protect you and your business. Please note that this is not legal advice. We do not offer legal services or legal advice.

(xi) Web Site / Landing Page Conversion Rate: We do not offer any guarantee with respect to the conversion rate our clients will get from any web site or landing page we build for them because several factors outside of our control affect the conversion rate of a landing page or web site. 

19. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this site, Samson Itoje, their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing this site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between our site visitors, customers and affiliates of this site and this site and its author. And this agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
